7. Subscriptions

Your subscription will automatically renew until cancelled. To use the Services, you must provide a valid payment method and maintain an active internet connection.

• You must cancel your subscription before the renewal date to avoid being charged for the next billing cycle.
• All subscription purchases are subject to our Refund Policy.
• We may change subscription plans or pricing. We will notify you at least 30 days before any price changes take effect.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, InterviewGenius AI shall not be liable for any indirect, consequential, special, incidental, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, data, business interruption, or missed job opportunities, arising out of or related to your use of or inability to use the Services, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages.

c. No Class Actions

Any dispute shall be conducted in your individual capacity only. You expressly waive any right to file or participate in a class action or representative proceeding against InterviewGenius AI.

Our Services may contain links to third-party websites or applications. These linked sites are not under our control and we are not responsible for their content, terms, or privacy practices. You use all external links at your own risk.
