By purchasing or subscribing to any plan offered by InterviewGenius AI ("we," "our," or "us"), you agree to this Policy, our Terms of Service, and our Privacy Policy.

This Policy exists to balance customer satisfaction with the fair and sustainable operation of a real-time, AI-powered interview assistance platform.

InterviewGenius AI is built to deliver real, measurable outcomes — helping candidates perform better in interviews and land their desired roles.

We stand behind the quality of our product and support our users through onboarding and customer success. Refunds are evaluated carefully, fairly, and in good faith.

3. Refund Eligibility by Plan Type

Monthly Plans

Due to immediate access, real-time AI usage, and operational costs, we do not offer a money-back guarantee on monthly plans.

Once a monthly plan is purchased:

  • Payments are final
  • No refunds are issued for dissatisfaction, change of mind, or lack of use
  • Cancellation prevents future charges but does not trigger a refund for the current billing period

Exception — Technical Issues:

You may submit a refund request for a monthly plan only if there is a verified product malfunction or technical failure that materially prevented use of the Service, confirmed by our internal review.

Quarterly & Yearly Plans (3-Day Money-Back Guarantee)

We offer a 3-day (72-hour) money-back guarantee on first-time purchases of quarterly and yearly plans.

Eligibility Requirements:

  • Request must be submitted within 72 hours of purchase
  • Account usage must be reasonable and limited
  • Applies only to your first purchase per account
  • Renewals, upgrades, and extensions are non-refundable

  • Accounts with substantial or abusive usage
  • Failure to achieve interview success or job placement
  • Violations of our Terms of Service or Fair Use Policy

6. Refund Review Process

All refund requests undergo internal review using usage data, system logs, and account history. Refunds are a good-faith exception, not an entitlement. InterviewGenius AI reserves full discretion to approve or deny any request.

7. Fair Use & Anti-Misuse Policy

To protect our platform, we prohibit:

  • Account sharing
  • Commercial or team usage on individual plans
  • Automated scraping or abuse
  • Refund manipulation or dishonesty

Confirmed misuse results in immediate account termination, loss of refund eligibility, and permanent access restriction. No refunds are issued in cases of misuse.

We reserve the right to update this Policy at any time. Changes take effect immediately upon posting. Continued use of the Service constitutes acceptance of the updated Policy.

11. Governing Law
